Corundum-mullite sintering plates are advanced refractory components composed of high-purity alumina (Al₂O₃ ≥85%) and synthetic mullite (3Al₂O₃·2SiO₂), engineered through isostatic pressing and high-temperature sintering (1600-1800°C). These plates demonstrate exceptional thermal stability with a thermal shock resistance exceeding 30 cycles (1100°C↔room temperature) and a maximum service temperature of 1700°C. Their unique microstructure – featuring interlocked corundum and needle-like mullite phases – delivers superior creep resistance (0.2% deformation after 50h@1500°C) while maintaining low thermal expansion (5.8×10⁻⁶/K). Widely used in ceramic kilns, metallurgy, and lithium battery cathode material production, these plates offer 40% higher load-bearing capacity (35MPa@1400°C) than conventional mullite plates, with chemical inertness against most molten metals and salts. The surface hardness (HRA88) ensures minimal powder contamination during repeated use. Compared to pure alumina plates, they provide 20% better energy efficiency due to lower thermal conductivity (2.1W/m·K).
