**Product Description**
Precision zirconia ceramic rings are high-performance components manufactured from yttria-stabilized zirconium oxide (Y-TZP). These rings offer exceptional mechanical properties, wear resistance, and thermal stability for demanding industrial applications.

**Material Characteristics**

  • Composition: 94-97% ZrO₂ stabilized with 3-5% Y₂O₃
  • Density: ≥6.0 g/cm³
  • Hardness: 1200-1300 HV
  • Flexural Strength: 900-1200 MPa
  • Maximum Operating Temperature: 800°C (continuous)
